Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature lean portfolio and project management across IT, aligning with business partners to deliver strategic value. You will steward budgets up to $100M, influence decision making, and drive continuous improvement in portfolio reporting and performance metrics.

Responsibilities include enabling Lean-Agile delivery, coaching teams, and guiding capital planning, demand management, and governance across IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• Seven or more years IT program/project management with portfolio skills.
• SAFe/Agile certifications and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead lean portfolio management for IT investments and benefits realization.
• Partner with IT and business to optimize budget, demand planning and governance.
• Develop value-driven plans and KPI reporting for portfolio health.
