Job summary
Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio framework across IT and align it with business partners to deliver strategic value.
You will manage budgets from 10M to 100M, promote collaboration, and develop value-oriented plans that guide proactive decision-making in a dynamic Ryder environment. You will oversee portfolio Reporting standards, KPIs, and governance while coaching teams to adopt Lean-Agile practices and improve delivery across multiple IT
Qualifications
- Seven+ years IT program/project management with portfolio management experience.
- Experience with multiple Agile frameworks (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) and ALM tools.
- PMP/ACP or SAFe certification preferred.
- Strong leadership to drive agile transformations.
- 3PL, Supply Chain knowledge is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio budgets of $10M-$100M and forecast labor needs.
- Build partnerships with IT and Business for demand planning and budgeting.
- Guide lean portfolio processes, governance, and value realization.
- Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and delivery.
- Monitor KPIs and report to IT leadership on budget, schedule, risks.
- Manage risks and dependencies across initiatives and programs.
