Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature Lean portfolio and project management across IT, partnering with IT and Business leaders to deliver strategic value. You will drive portfolio reporting, compliance with budgets, and ROI-driven decision making.

Responsibilities include budgeting, planning, risk management, and enabling Lean-Agile delivery across multiple programs with complex dependencies. This role requires strong communication with ELT and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• Other majors considered on an individual basis.
• 7+ years IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management experience.
• 6+ years process improvement or project management with portfolio leadership.
• 3+ years with Enterprise IT and multiple Agile Delivery Frameworks/Tools.
• SAFe/PMI certifications encouraged (PMP, PMI-ACP).
• 3PL, Supply Chain/Logistics knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage portfolio budgets ($10M-$100M) and work with IT Finance on labor forecasting and reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with IT and Business partners for resource demand planning and budget management.
• Provide guidance on options, risks, cost vs. benefits, and impacts on processes; support capital expense planning and lean business cases.
• Lead Lean-Agile practices, coaching teams to self-manage and deliver value.
• Define and implement portfolio management processes for evidence-based IT investments and governance.
• Support the PPM solution across IT to improve prioritization, tracking, and delivery.
