Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio management framework across the IT organization. You will partner with IT and Business to identify cost-effective solutions that deliver strategic value and maintain portfolio status reporting standards.

You will guide the flow of value, manage budgets from $10M-$100M, align investments with strategic goals, and coach teams in Lean-Agile delivery to ensure successful IT initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
• Seven (7) years or more IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management experience.
• Three (3) years or more experience with multiple Agile Delivery Frameworks/Tools.

Responsibilities

• Mature lean portfolio/project management framework across IT.
• Develop value-oriented plans guiding proactive decision-making.
• Manage portfolio budgets and reporting to IT Leadership on KPIs.
• Provide coaching on Lean-Agile principles and empower teams.
