Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature lean portfolio management across IT, aligning projects with business value and strategic goals. You will steward budgets, influence decision making, and coach teams in Lean-Agile delivery to optimize resources and outcomes.

You will partner with IT and Business leaders, develop governance and reporting standards, and drive portfolio performance metrics including budget, schedule, and ROI to enable proactive, value-driven investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management or related field.
• Seven (7)+ years IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management experience.
• Three (3)+ years in Enterprise IT with multiple Agile Delivery Frameworks and tools.

Responsibilities

• Mature lean portfolio/project management across IT to align with business value.
• Manage budgets ($10M-$100M) and forecast labor with IT Finance.
• Lead collaboration with IT and Business partners for resource planning and governance.
• Guide Lean-Agile practices and coach teams towards self-management and delivery.
• Define portfolio processes for evidence-based decision making and reporting.
