Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature lean portfolio and project management across IT, partnering with business units to deliver value-driven initiatives. You will develop value-oriented plans and oversee portfolio governance, budgets, and reporting to leadership.

The role emphasizes Lean-Agile leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic investment management to optimize resources and outcomes. Travel may be required as part of program coordination.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT program/project management with portfolio skills.
• SAFe Agilist or PMP certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio budgets from $10M to $100M and ensure funds are used to achieve benefits.
• Foster partnerships with IT and business to enable planning and resource demand decisions.
• Provide guidance on options, costs, risks, and impacts to department processes.
• Track KPIs and ROIs, tying results to overall strategic goals.
