Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio management framework across the IT organization and collaborate with IT and Business partners to deliver value.

The role combines lean portfolio principles with the technology portfolio to develop value-oriented plans and proactive decision-making, aligning with budgets, risks, and resources while driving strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management experience.
• Experience delivering lean-Agile transformations across large programs.
• Ability to build lean business cases and manage budgets across multiple initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Mature lean portfolio and project management framework across IT.
• Oversee portfolio reporting to IT Leadership on KPIs, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Guide value-driven development and align with Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
• Provide coaching to Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Product Owners and teams.
