Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature lean portfolio management across IT, partnering with IT and business teams to deliver strategic value.

The role combines lean portfolio principles with Ryder's technology portfolio to enable proactive decision-making, optimize budgets, and report on KPIs such as budget health, risks, and ROI. Expect active leadership in agile delivery and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years IT Program/Project Management with portfolio management experience.
• Experience with Lean-Agile transformations is preferred.
• Strong budgeting, cost estimation and investment management capabilities.
• Ability to lead agile teams and multiple workstreams effectively.
• Proven track record in enterprise IT context with complex portfolios.

Responsabilités

• Oversee portfolio budgets and ensure optimal use of funds for value realization.
• Foster collaboration between IT and Business partners for demand planning and budgeting.
• Guide strategic planning, investment decisions, and program governance across the portfolio.
• Measure performance and ROI, reporting to IT leadership on KPIs.
• Provide coaching on Lean-Agile practices to teams and leaders.
• Drive continuous improvement of portfolio processes and tools.
