Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Portfolio Manager to mature the lean portfolio management framework across IT, partnering with business teams to deliver strategic value. The role requires developing value-oriented plans and reporting on budget, schedule, risks, and resource management.

You will guide Lean-Agile delivery, coach teams, and shape investment decisions while ensuring alignment with organizational Objectives and Key Results. Travel 1-10%.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years in IT program/project management with portfolio management.
• Experience with project/product intake, resource planning, demand and budget management.
• Proven ability to lead agile transformations and Enterprise IT delivery.

Responsabilités

• Oversee lean portfolio management activities and budgeting.
• Foster collaboration between IT and business partners.
• Develop portfolio status reports and KPI dashboards.
• Coach teams in Lean-Agile practices and DevOps.
• Ensure governance, planning, and execution of IT investments.
• Drive value-driven development aligned with OKRs.
