Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a capable IT Client Services professional to provide Tier 1–3 in-person and remote support for desktops, laptops, printers and related equipment at our Cranbury, NJ and Edison, NJ facilities. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, coordinate with teams, and ensure timely resolution while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires travel between sites, and a strong mix of technical knowledge with communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

2–4 years of IT support experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Experience supporting multi‑platform environments (Windows, Citrix, AWS desktops, Android).
Knowledge of PC hardware, OS, networking, and diagnostics preferred.
Willingness to travel between Cranbury and Edison facilities.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1–3 on-site and remote IT support to end users for hardware, software and conferencing systems.
Coordinate with users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
Diagnose hardware/software issues and escalate when needed.
Configure and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices, and telecom equipment.
Respond to tickets within SLAs and ensure customer satisfaction.
Travel between Cranbury and Edison facilities as required.
