Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IT Client Support professional to provide Tier 1–3 on-site and remote assistance at the Overland Park, KS distribution center. You will resolve hardware, software, and network issues, engage with end users, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely incident resolution.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to travel for business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4+ years’ related IT experience, preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments (Windows 10/11, Citrix, Microsoft 365, AWS desktops, Android).
• Knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, network configuration, and troubleshooting preferred.
• Warehouse technology familiarity (printers, scanners, wearable devices) preferred.
• Understanding of basic network topology (Ethernet, TCP/IP).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and OS issues; prioritize by impact.
• Coordinate with users, IT teams, and vendors to fulfill requests.
• Configure and support computers, printers, mobile devices, and telecom equipment.
• Install, remove, and configure hardware/software; manage tickets within SLAs.
• Provide timely feedback to users and follow up to ensure systems are functional.
• Work independently or in teams; travel to support initiatives as needed.
• Provide in-person, phone, or remote support as required.
