Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an on-site IT Client Support specialist for our Overland Park, KS Medical Distribution Center. You will provide Tier 1-3 support for software, hardware, and warehouse technology, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents and implement solutions.

The role requires strong customer service, troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team. Occasional travel and after-hours support are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting multi-platform environments including Windows 10/11, Citrix, and Microsoft 365.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, network configuration, and security fundamentals.
• Experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 on-site and remote support for end users across software, hardware, and conference technology.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
• Configure and support workstations, printers, mobile devices, and warehouse devices.
• Respond to tickets within service levels and communicate effectively with users.
