Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IT Client Support professional to provide Tier 1–3 on-site and remote assistance at the Overland Park Medical Distribution Center in Kansas. You will support Windows and warehouse technologies, resolve incidents, and coordinate with teams and vendors to fulfill requests.

The role requires strong customer service, problem solving, and the ability to travel as needed, including after hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in related field, preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments including Windows 10, Windows 11, Citrix, Microsoft 365, AWS desktops, Android, SOTI, preferred.
• Detailed knowledge of PC hardware, OS, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics and troubleshooting, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of client and warehouse hardware, software, OS, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Confers with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
• Diagnose and resolve unique problems with hardware, software and OS; determine source of problems and classify priority.
