Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking an IT Client Support specialist to provide Tier 1–3 end-user support at our Hudson, WI Pharma Distribution Center with coverage for multiple locations in the Minneapolis–St. Paul area, including travel to Wabasha, MN.

You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues, configure workstations, printers and mobile devices, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure service levels are met and knowledge is transferred to users.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience, preferred
• 4+ years’ experience in related field, preferred
• Experience supporting multi‑platform environments including Windows 10/11, Citrix, M365, AWS desktops
• Detailed knowledge of PC hardware, OS, networking, and troubleshooting
• Warehouse technologies such as printers and scanners experience preferred
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to other facilities

Responsibilities

• Supports end users for software/hardware issues and meeting support
• Confers with users, teams and vendors to resolve incidents
• Diagnose hardware/software problems and classify priority
• Configure, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot workstations, printers, devices
• Address user tickets within service levels
• Provide prompt feedback and follow-up to ensure systems function
