Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IT Client Services professional to provide Tier 1-3 on-site support at our Cranbury, NJ distribution center and Edison, NJ medical distribution center. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, configure devices, and assist end users.

This role requires strong customer service, the ability to work independently or in teams, occasional after-hours, weekend support, and periodic travel between sites.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years experience or equivalent work experience in IT support.
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments including Windows 10/11, Citrix, MS 365 and mobile devices preferred.
• Knowledge of warehouse technologies and basic network concepts preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Cranbury and Edison facilities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1-3 on-site IT support to end users.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, printers, mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across platforms.
• Address user tickets within service levels and communicate solutions clearly.
• Support warehouse and enterprise systems in a fast-paced environment.
• Occasionally provide after-hours or weekend support as needed.
• Travel between Cranbury and Edison facilities to support initiatives.
