Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an IT Client Services Specialist to provide Tier 1–3 support for end users across software, hardware, and warehouse technologies. This on-site role is centralized at the Hudson, WI Pharma Distribution Center with travel to multiple Minneapolis/St. Paul area locations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing hardware and software issues, coordinating with teams, and maintaining end-user productivity platforms. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• 4+ years’ experience in related field.
• Experience supporting multi‑platform environments including Windows 10/11, Citrix Environment, Microsoft 365, AWS desktops, Android, SOTI.
• Detailed knowledge of PC hardware, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Working knowledge of warehouse technologies such as laser printers, Zebra printers, wearable/handheld terminals, and IWD/RF scanners.
• Understanding of basic network topology, Ethernet, Wireless and TCP/IP protocol.
• Can travel up to 25% to other facilities.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of client and warehouse hardware, software, operating systems, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Confers with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and OS problems; determine source, priority and nature.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, inventory and support computer workstations, printers, mobile devices, phones and other equipment.
• Address user tickets within documented service levels and provide prompt feedback to clients.
• This role includes after-hours and weekend support as needed and periodic travel.
