Job summary

Cardinal Health in Overland Park, KS is seeking an IT Client Support professional to oversee the delivery and operation of end-user computing services. This on-site role provides Tier 1-3 support for software, hardware, and warehouse technology across multiple facilities in the Kansas City area.

You will troubleshoot hardware/OS/network issues, manage tickets, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve incidents. Occasional travel and after-hours support are required.

Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in related field preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-platform environments including Windows 10/11 and Citrix.
• Knowledge of PC hardware, OS, network configuration, and diagnostics preferred.
• Experience with warehouse technologies (printers, handhelds, scanners) preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of client and warehouse hardware, software, OS, network configuration, server interaction, diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Confers with end users, technology teams, and vendors to resolve incidents and fulfill requests.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and OS problems; classify priority and nature.
• Configure, deploy, maintain, troubleshoot, inventory and support workstations, printers, mobile devices, phones and other equipment.
• Install/remove/configure hardware and software.
• Address user tickets within documented service levels.
• Provide prompt feedback to clients and follow up to ensure systems are functional.
• Work independently or in a team, with strong interpersonal skills for customer service.
• Occasional after-hours and weekend support; periodic travel to support initiatives.
