Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner to bridge technology and TriNet business leaders. You will manage internal business applications, develop strategies, and ensure launch and ongoing support.

Collaborate with engineering, design, and UX/UI to prioritize features, allocate resources, and deliver high-quality applications that support strategic programs. You will lead end-to-end lifecycle management, conduct market analysis, and create buy-in with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced experience in a dynamic business application management role across the lifecycle.
• Proven ability in AI-powered process automation and workflow design.
• Strong agile development experience and understanding of business application management.

Responsibilities

• Drive the execution of business application lifecycle processes and roadmap development.
• Maintain and deliver a prioritized backlog aligned with roadmaps and interdependencies.
• Define KPIs and metrics; monitor and iterate on platform improvements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, UX/UI, and business analysts.
• Engage with senior management to align vision and priorities for business applications.
