Qualifications

- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications from conception to launch.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, UI/UX and business analysts to deliver integrations.
- Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Lead KPI tracking, ROI analysis, and platform performance improvements.
- Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with business priorities and roadmaps.
