Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• 8+ years in business applications management or similar.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and AI-enabled workflows preferred.
• Strong collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy for business applications and roadmaps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Oversee platform performance, data quality, security, and compliance.
• Measure KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
