Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle of internal business applications, including Salesforce Service Cloud. You will collaborate with engineering, design, and UX/UI to prioritize features and deliver scalable solutions that meet strategic goals.

This role requires strong governance, market analysis, and ability to influence senior management to drive business process improvements and adoption of platform capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years of work experience in a dynamic business application management role.

Responsibilities

• Define the product strategy, roadmap, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce to align with business objectives.
• Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and translate requirements into solutions.
• Lead the optimization of customer service processes using Service Cloud features, AI-powered automation, and Agentforce experiences.
• Oversee platform performance, integrations, data quality, security, and compliance across the enterprise.
• Measure outcomes and drive improvements by tracking KPIs, managing releases, and evaluating emerging capabilities.
