TriNet is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner to lead internal business applications, shaping roadmaps and collaborating with engineering, design, and UX/UI to deliver robust solutions. This role focuses on internal colleagues, managing application roadmaps in partnership with business unit leaders and driving strategic programs.

The Staff Business Application Owner will guide cross-functional teams, prioritize activities, and influence senior management to improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
• Lead optimization of service processes using Service Cloud features and AI-powered automation.
• Oversee performance, integrations, data quality, security, and compliance of Salesforce solutions.
• Measure outcomes and improve the platform through KPIs and data-driven insights.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle from conceptualization to launch of business applications.
• Maintain prioritized backlogs aligned with roadmaps and interdependencies.
• Engage with senior management to align on vision and priorities.
