You will lead end-to-end lifecycles from concept to launch, drive market analysis, prioritize roadmaps, and influence senior stakeholders to align technology with business goals.

• Prioritize initiatives with stakeholders and drive adoption of platform capabilities.
• Improve agent productivity and customer satisfaction through service cloud features and AI automation.
• Oversee platform performance, integrations, data quality, security, and compliance.
• Measure outcomes with KPIs and manage releases to maximize Salesforce ROI.
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle from concept to launch of business applications.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, UI/UX and Business Analysts.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog aligned with roadmap priorities.
