Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Typically 8+ years required.
• Experience in business applications lifecycle management.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
• Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and drive adoption.
• Lead the optimization of customer service processes using Service Cloud features and AI-powered automation.
• Oversee platform performance, integrations, data quality, security, and compliance.
• Measure business outcomes and improve the platform with KPI tracking and releases.
