Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Staff Business Application Owner to bridge technology and business leaders, managing internal applications and roadmaps. You will partner with BRMs and analysts to drive end-to-end delivery, ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions that align with corporate programs and strategic initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee platform performance, and leverage market research to refine the application strategy while driving adoption and business impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business application management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of business applications from concept to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, UI/UX and Business Analysts to deliver applications.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Lead cross-functional teams to prioritize features and deliver on time.
• Track KPIs and ROI to measure platform success.
