Job summary

TriNet seeks a Staff Business Application Owner to lead the internal business applications strategy and lifecycle. You will partner with engineering, UX/UI, and business units to prioritize features, manage roadmaps, and deliver scalable solutions that support TriNet’s HR services.

You will oversee implementation, ensure timely delivery, and drive adoption of Salesforce Service Cloud and related tools. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making to

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred.
Typically 8+ years of experience required.

Responsibilities

Define the product strategy, roadmap, and governance for Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions and drive platform adoption.
Lead optimization of customer service processes using Service Cloud features and AI-powered automation.
Oversee platform performance, data quality, security and compliance across the enterprise.
Measure KPIs and manage releases to maximize Salesforce investments.
Drive end-to-end lifecycle from conceptualization to launch with cross-functional teams.
Engage with senior management to align roadmaps with business objectives.
