Sierra Space is seeking a Principal Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to lead the program Integrated Master Schedule for highly complex projects. You will perform critical path and variance analysis, prepare executive-grade reports, and drive Schedule Risk Assessments to keep programs on track and compliant with contractual baselines.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• Typically 12+ years of related experience.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations and briefings.
• Experience with Schedule Management, data analytics, finance, or other quantitative roles.
• Ability to conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA).
• Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools.
• Familiarity with DCMA Scheduling best practices and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and maintenance of the program IMS for highly complex projects.
• Perform in-depth critical path and variance analysis and prepare executive reports.
• Lead Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and incorporate contractual changes into IMS.
• Mentor team members and communicate with program stakeholders and SMEs.
• Prepare and present executive-level schedule reports to senior management.
