Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation seeks a Senior Scheduler with 8+ years in project planning to lead integrated master schedules for complex programs. You will drive IMS/IMP development, perform schedule risk analysis, and present findings to senior leadership, while ensuring compliance with EVM and DCMA/IPMDAR standards.

The role supports office/hybrid work in a defense environment and requires the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; 8+ years of project planning/scheduling experience.
• In absence of degree, minimum 12 years of related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tool.
• Ability to communicate status clearly and drive issues to closure.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, development, and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules for highly complex projects.
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of project plans to ensure integration across the enterprise.
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to mitigate schedule risks and meet timelines.
• Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt/PERT/milestone charts.
• Prepare detailed reports on schedule status for senior stakeholders.
