Job summary

Sierra Space in Centennial, CO is seeking a Principal Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to lead the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for highly complex projects.

You will perform Critical Path and variance analysis, prepare executive briefs, and conduct Schedule Risk Assessments to ensure contract schedules are realistic and aligned with requirements. You will mentor team members and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; Master’s +10 years is noted as an alternative.
• Typically 12+ years of related experience with teams and leadership.
• Experience delivering executive-level presentations and briefings.
• Background in Schedule Management, data analytics, and finance or related fields.
• Ability to conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and build IMS baselines.
• Knowledge of DoD scheduling practices and Earned Value programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and maintenance of the IMS for complex projects.
• Perform critical path and variance analysis and prepare executive reports.
• Lead Schedule Risk Assessments and incorporate changes to IMS baselines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to ensure alignment and communication.
• Mentor team members and guide schedule management initiatives.
