Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in project planning and scheduling, or 8+ years without a degree.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Ability to drive conversations and follow up effectively.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules for complex programs.
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of project plans to ensure enterprise alignment.
• Perform advanced risk analysis to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
• Identify and resolve critical path conflicts using analytical scheduling techniques.
• Present schedule status to senior stakeholders with clear insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate scheduling data and communication.
