Job summary

This leadership role requires 11+ years in planning and scheduling, with 4+ years in leadership, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance. You will mentor analysts and ensure alignment with program objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Adv. degree may substitute for experience; 15 years of experience if no degree.
• Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Proven experience with IMS/Integrated Master Schedule development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and coordination of integrated master schedules for complex programs.
• Ensure horizontal and vertical integration across the enterprise.
• Lead schedule risk analysis and mitigation efforts.
• Resolve critical path conflicts using Gantt, PERT, and milestone charts.
• Prepare detailed schedule status reports for executives.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration for scheduling data accuracy.
• Mentor junior and mid-level analysts in scheduling practices.
• Influence strategic decisions with scheduling insights.
