Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation is seeking a Sr Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst to lead the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance. You will perform critical path and variance analysis, generate detailed leadership reports, and drive Schedule Risk Assessments to mitigate risks.

You will mentor team members and coordinate with program stakeholders. The role requires experience with scheduling tools, DCMA practices, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience; Masters with 6+ years acceptable.
• Typically 8+ years of related experience.
• Experience leading teams formally and informally.
• Experience with Schedule Management, Industrial Engineering, data analytics, or related analytical roles.
• Ability to lead and conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and prepare schedule reports.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and data analysis tools; knowledge of DCMA scheduling practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools; experience presenting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead establishment and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Perform critical path and variance analysis and prepare detailed schedule reports for leadership.
• Lead Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and Rolling Wave Planning; incorporate contractual changes into IMS.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs.
