Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, or 12 years without a degree.
• Higher level relevant degree may substitute for experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project Professional or other scheduling tools.
• Advanced proficiency with project management tools and EVM principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, development, and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules for highly complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of project plans and schedules to ensure horizontal and vertical integration across the enterprise.
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to identify and proactively mitigate schedule risks, ensuring project timelines are met.
• Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt, PERT, milestones, and other scheduling techniques.
• Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations on schedule status to senior stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate scheduling data and effective communication.
• Mentor and guide junior analysts on advanced scheduling techniques and best practices.
