Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in PM, engineering, business administration, or related field.
• 11+ years in program planning and scheduling, with 4+ years in leadership.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience with DoD/government contracting and related policies.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules.
• Ensure integration across the enterprise and track schedules.
• Lead risk analysis to identify schedule risks.
• Resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt, PERT, and milestones.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for scheduling data.
• Mentor analysts in scheduling techniques.
