Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Scheduler to drive the development and coordination of integrated master schedules for complex programs. You will lead cross-functional teams, perform advanced risk analysis, and ensure schedule integrity across the enterprise.

Applicants should have extensive experience with scheduling tools, CPM/PERT methods, and Earned Value Management, plus the ability to obtain a US security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• In absence of a degree, 12 years of related experience accepted.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project or similar scheduling tool.
• Strong ability to drive conversations and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation, development, and coordination of integrated master plans and schedules for highly complex projects.
• Oversee tracking and maintenance of project schedules to ensure enterprise-wide integration.
• Conduct advanced risk analysis to identify and mitigate schedule risks.
• Identify and resolve critical path and network logic conflicts using Gantt, PERT, and milestone charts.
• Prepare and present detailed schedule status reports to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scheduling data accuracy.
• Mentor junior analysts in advanced scheduling techniques.
