Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance support training solutions that enhance Ryder's employees’ capabilities and productivity.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create sound objectives, content, and implementation strategies, while applying best practices in adult learning and instructional technologies such as Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or minimum 8 years equivalent experience in eLearning design.
• Five years or more experience in education or business environment.
• Three years or more in designing and implementing learning solutions, including e-learning materials.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing for major training initiatives.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop objectives and learning strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals.
• Ensures solutions match objectives and outcomes.
• Keeps up with trends in learning methods.
