Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. seeks an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions for Ryder's workforce. You will create content, consult with subject matter experts, and develop measurements to evaluate effectiveness of training programs.

The role emphasizes adult learning principles, Storyline and Articulate-driven development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful training within tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Education, instructional design technology or related area or minimum 8 years equivalent experience.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• Five years or more in education or business environment.
• Three years or more in designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions with Articulate tools.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives aligned with Ryder's goals.
• Consults with subject matter experts to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Designs learning project proposals and ensures solutions match objectives and outcomes.
• Stays current on adult learning trends and best practices.
