Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic training solutions for Ryder employees, including eLearning, ILT, blended, and performance support.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and business owners to craft objectives, content, and evaluation learning strategies, delivering customized solutions and meeting timelines. Strong knowledge of adult learning and Storyline is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Five years or more in education or business environments designing e-learning.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline is required.

Responsibilities

• Creates learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Consults with SMEs to develop objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Designs and develops learning project proposals and training strategies.
• Stays current with adult learning best practices and trends.
