Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic training solutions for Ryder employees. You will create eLearning content, ILT, blended, or performance support materials aligned with corporate goals and competencies.

The role collaborates with SMEs, conducts instructional design, and stays ahead of adult learning trends to deliver effective training solutions across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, instructional design technology, education technology or related area.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in Education or business environment.
• 3+ years designing and developing learning solutions and e-learning materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and Storyline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Create learning content and testing for major training initiatives.
• Consult with SMEs to develop instructional objectives and content.
• Design and develop learning project proposals.
• Ensure solutions match objectives; propose innovative ideas.
• Stay updated on trends in learning methods and best practices.
