Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions for Ryder employees.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts to create objectives, content, and evaluation strategies that align with company goals and competencies. Responsibilities include project management to deliver on time, exploring best practices in instructional technologies, and communicating innovative ideas to build

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, education, instructional design, education technology or related area.
• Five (5) years or more experience in education or business environment.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite.
• Three (3) years or more designing, developing, and implementing learning solutions and materials.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Knowledge of Storyline and collaboration with clients/SMEs.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain eLearning, ILT, blended or performance support solutions.
• Consult with SMEs and business owners to develop objectives and content.
• Organize projects to meet scope and deadlines.
• Collaborate on best practices in instructional technologies and processes.
• Stay current with emerging trends in learning methods.
• Collaborate with team on projects and initiatives; perform other duties as assigned.
