Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; five-plus years in designing and developing e-learning or training materials.
• Master's degree preferred; experience with instructional design in education or business.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline required/advanced.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops dynamic eLearning, instructor-led, blended, or performance support training.
• Collaborates with SMEs and business owners to align objectives and content.
• Develops learning project proposals and implements best practices in instructional tech.
• Stays current on trends in learning methods and applies innovative ideas.
• Collaborates with team members and performs other duties as assigned.
