Job summary

Ryder is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions. You will collaborate with SMEs and business owners to align content with goals and competencies.

You will design proposals, ensure alignment with objectives, and apply best practices in adult learning and instructional technologies. Strong project management and client-facing skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 8+ years’ equivalent eLearning experience.
• Experience designing and developing e-learning, ILT, blended or performance support.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite and Storyline required.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Ability to work with clients and SMEs to develop training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic training solutions (eLearning, ILT, blended).
• Consult with SMEs to define objectives, content, and evaluation strategies.
• Create learning content and testing aligned to goals and competencies.
• Collaborate on best practices for instructional technologies and processes.
• Design learning project proposals and ensure alignment to timelines.
