Job summary

Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an experienced instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training solutions that boost employee productivity.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, develop sound objectives, and implement innovative instructional strategies across instructor-led and digital formats. A strong background in adult learning and proficiency with Articulate 360 Suite is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in education, instructional design, or related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environment designing and developing e-learning and training materials.
• Experience with Articulate 360 Suite required and Storyline knowledge preferred.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops learning content and testing to support training initiatives.
• Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop objectives and strategies for learning solutions.
• Develops learning project proposals and ensures alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Stays current with trends in learning methods and best practices in instructional design.
