Ryder System, Inc. is seeking an instructional designer to design, develop, and maintain dynamic eLearning and blended training for Ryder employees.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and business owners to create objectives, content, and evaluation strategies while applying best practices in instructional technologies. The role emphasizes client relations, project management, and timely delivery of high-quality training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 8+ years in design/development of e-learning and training materials.
• Master's degree preferred in related field.
• 5+ years in education or business environments.
• 3+ years designing and developing learning solutions with Articulate 360.
• Advanced adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Advanced Storyline knowledge and client collaboration skills.
• Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content and testing to support major training initiatives.
• Consult with subject matter experts and business owners to develop objectives and strategies.
• Collaborate to implement best practices in instructional technologies and processes.
• Stay current on trends in learning methods and apply adult learning principles.
