Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to sell digital, print, and service solutions to faculty, institutions, and students. The role emphasizes achievement, relationship-building, and the ability to navigate virtual platforms.

This remote position includes occasional campus visits and national meetings, with a sales incentive plan and a competitive full-time salary range of $45,000–$60,000 plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty through virtual meetings, phone calls, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with enterprise account-level sales professionals to promote Inclusive Access and other services.
• Develop strategic territory/adoption plans and deliver technology sales presentations.
