Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to sell digital, print, and service solutions to faculty and institutions. This remote role involves virtual meetings, occasional campus visits, and no relocation package.

You will build territory plans, forecast using OneCRM/Salesforce, and collaborate with enterprise teams to promote Inclusive Access. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in higher education sales are required; base salary ranges from $45,000 to $60,000 with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Maintain accurate forecasting and tracking using OneCRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with enterprise sales teams to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Develop territory and adoption-level strategic plans.
