Pearson Education is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to sell digital, print, and service solutions to faculty and institutions, with a focus on growth in subscription-based materials and Inclusive Access.

This remote/home-based role requires navigating digital platforms, achieving targets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The position offers a sales incentive plan, substantial training, and growth opportunities within Pearson’s education solutions portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of outstanding sales performance in the higher education market or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, phone calls, and emails.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting using OneCRM (Salesforce).
• Collaborate with enterprise account-level sales to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Deliver technology sales presentations and conduct technology training sessions for students.
• Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure faculty satisfaction.
• Stay updated on Pearson products, platforms, and market trends.
