Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to sell digital, print, and service solutions to colleges and universities, focusing on affordability and student success.

This remote role requires a proven sales track record, ability to engage faculty, and collaboration with account teams to promote Inclusive Access and other Pearson offerings, with occasional campus visits.

A sales incentive plan and comprehensive benefits accompany the full-time salary range of $45,000–$60,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industries.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile tech, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage faculty through virtual meetings, phone, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Promote Inclusive Access and additional Pearson services.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales professionals to execute district-level plans.
