Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to sell digital, print, and service solutions to faculty and institutions nationwide. This remote role focuses on subscription-based materials to improve student access and affordability, with occasional campus visits and travel.

You will engage with faculty via virtual meetings, phone, and email; reach at least 15 faculty daily; collaborate with specialists; track forecasts in Salesforce; receive extensive training and growth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, phone, and email.
• Aim to connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Track and forecast using Salesforce OneCRM.
• Collaborate with enterprise sales to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Develop territory and adoption strategic plans and deliver tech sales presentations.
