Job summary

Pearson Education is seeking a Higher Education Inside Sales Representative to grow our digital, print, and service solutions for colleges and universities. You will engage faculty via virtual meetings, calls, and email, building partnerships and advancing inclusive access.

You will operate remotely with limited travel, forecast in OneCRM, and collaborate with account teams to meet subscription and revenue targets while advancing student access and affordability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• At least 2 years of outstanding sales performance in higher education or related industry.
• Proficiency with Office tools, mobile technologies, computer applications, and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Engage with faculty via virtual meetings, phone calls, and email.
• Connect with at least 15 faculty members daily using consultative sales techniques.
• Demonstrate strong organizational and follow-up capabilities.
• Maintain accurate tracking and forecasting using OneCRM (Salesforce.com).
• Collaborate with enterprise account professionals to promote Inclusive Access and services.
• Develop territory and adoption level strategic plans.
• Deliver technology sales presentations and conduct student training sessions.
• Collaborate with customer success, subject matter experts, and operations to ensure faculty satisfaction.
